Shipping

We uses Flat Rate shipping options, Small accessories ship First Class and all other items Ship via Flat Rate in a Padded Mailer or Flat Rate Box.

International Shipping

Flat Rate International Shipping is very high. If you would like a custom shipping quote for your order feel free to message us via the Contact Form for a custom invoice!

Shipping Times

Ready to Ship items typically ship within 2-5 days.

Made to Order (MTO) items take minimum 4-6 week but can take up to 3 months due to supply disruptions and work load.

Where Do My Items Ship from?

Most items ship from our studio space in Silver Spring, MD. Select Items ship from our Sister shop, Puppet Strings, which is located in Elgin, SC.

Payments

What Forms of Payment do you accept?

We accept payments though Paypal. Check out can be done with a Guest account if you do not have a PayPal account. We also accept all forms of PayPal Pay Later (PayPal Credit and PayPal Pay in 4).

Cancelations

Can I cancel my order?

Orders can be canceled within 24 hours of purchase. After 24 hours an order has likely been packed in case of Ready to Ship and in case of an MTO Supplies have likely been ordered.

Failure to read a listing in full or appropriately plan for construction time does not make a purchase eligible for a refund.

Returns/Exchanges

Can I return or Exchange my Order?

Returns are not offered at this time. Exchanges may be possible on select items. Feel free to send an inquiry via the Contact Us form.

What do I do if my order arrives damaged?

Please don’t hesitate to use the contact us form, please be prepared to offer photos of the damage.

How do I care for my Garment?

Most dresses are perfectly safe to throw in the washing machine. For the longevity of the garment it is recommended to air dry and hand wash if able.
